Christmas in July

"First Christmas" a beautiful new A is A song was released to Canadian radio this past Christmas. The song was well received and put into rotation on a number of Canadian stations. Due to overwhelming fan requests, A is A will be releasing a Christmas album for Christmas 2009.

The band will record one song every month for the CD, and will offer that song for free download during the following month only. This will give fans an opportunity to get the whole Christmas CD, in advance, for free. A physical Christmas CD will be offered for sale starting Fall 2009.

Upcoming Shows

A is A hits the stage running and the energy never stops. When you first see A is A, you are struck by the show and especially by lead singer Karen Holley's drive and personality. After awhile you begin to notice that this band is really good. The music is tight and skilled and the vocals are dead on. A is A proves that a band can be accomplished musical artists and can entertain at the same time.

A is A will be in the southern Ontario region throughout the Winter and Spring. 

January will see them at Alveena's in Hamilton, Brix in Thornhill, Jersey's in Chatham and Failte in Mississauga. Check out this week's dates in the box to the right.

A is A Launches New Site

.We are proud of the new A is A website. We will be updating this site regularly with news about the band and upcoming live shows. This year, we will be offering you a free song from A is A's CD "Thinking Chair" every month, to download.

In addition, if you send us your email (see above) we will set you up to get free advance copies of individual songs from A is A's 2009 Christmas CD. Please visit the site regularly.
